Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line with parchment paper or non stick foil.
In a medium sauce pan, over medium-low heat add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese has dissolved in the ranch and hot sauce. Remove from heat.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken, green onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce pot. Mix well to combine.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out Pie and Pastry Dough to be about 1/8" thick.
Spoon desired amount of Buffalo Chicken Dip to your pastry dough and carefully fold edges over the Dip to create a sealed envelope.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until Pastry dough is browned.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!!
