🧅 Slice into happiness: A satisfying dinner pie within an organic crust. Have you made a Vidalan Onion Pie before?!
INGREDIENTS
1 Wholly Wholesome 9" Traditional Pie Shell (link in bio to order)
3 Vidalia Onions (Thinly sliced. Other sweet varieties can work well; Washington State Walla Wallas, Hawaiian Maui or generic sweet onion)
2 tbsp Butter (Melted)
3 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Dill
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 tsp Basil
1 Heaping Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (For more zip, use Jalapeño Jack Cheese)
4 Slices Crispy Bacon (Crumbled)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400º.
Sauté onions in butter until translucent, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Combine eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and spice(s). Blend well and add cooled onions.
Spread shredded cheddar in bottom of pie shell.
Pour into pie shell and top with crumbled bacon.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce temp to 350° and bake until crust is lightly browned, and filling is set, about 45 minutes.
Let set for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Serve with fresh green salad and enjoy! ...

Ingredients:
Our vegan friendly pie dough
1/3 cup vegan butter, melted
1/2-3/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup of cookie crumbs, we used lotus biscoff cookies
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Vegan marshmallows, we used dandies
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
In a small bowl mix your cinnamon and sugar until combined
Place your dough onto prepared baking sheet
Brush with butter, reserve some for putter crust
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix
Add your chocolate chips
Sprinkle with cookie crumbs, reserve some for garnish
Fold and pleat edges to form your galette crust
Brush edges with remaining butter
Place in oven for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden and chocolate is melting
Remove
Top with a handful of marshmallows
Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until browned
Remove and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs
Serve and enjoy! ...

Filling Ingredients:
10-12 medium peaches
1/3 cup (5 tbsp) honey
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
1-2 tbsp lime zest
1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice
3 tbsp cornstarch
1-2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 vanilla bean
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp almond flour
one egg and demerara sugar for the top
Instructions:
Slice the peaches how you like them, leave the skin on and go for smaller pieces. Add honey, sugar, lime zest and juice, cornstarch, vanilla, salt and mix. transfer to a pot and cook on medium low for 10-15 minutes, until it thickens a bit. try and add more ginger, lime or sugar to taste.
Roll out the first disk, place it onto your pie plate Add almond flour on the bottom before your filling, peaches and then the top dough. crimp, eggwash, sprinkle sugar and bake at 190 C 1h30 min. Let cool for 4h. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 ball of pastry dough
- A few tbsp pesto
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 mozzarella, sliced
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salt/ black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- Soy milk for brushing
Ingredients:
1. Lay your pastry on a parchment paper and place a small bowl or metal ring in the middle.
2. Spread the pesto all around it.
3. Layer your slices of zucchini, tomato and mozzarella on top of the pesto.
4. Drizzle olive oil on top of the veggies and season with salt, black pepper and dried basil.
5. Remove the bowl and make 4 cuts in the middle and fold each piece on top of the veggies and make sure it is stuck under the dough (shown in the video).
6. Brush the dough with soy milk and bake at 180°C for 30 mins. Serve with fresh basil on top!
